Fanta Sea Villa has an acre of beautiful gardens with a variety of flowers that are magnificent. You can choose to get married by the gazebo, by the pond/waterfall, on the patio by our beautiful circular steps, or any other spot of your choice. We also have a winding staircase from the upstairs rooms that makes a beautiful entrance to the garden for the bride and her attendants. You can have a private ceremony where we will provide your witnesses or you can have a small intimate group of family and friends. We can help you with your details such as cake, music,
bouquets, minister, pictures, or recommend a wedding planner. If you have a larger group (over 40), then we recommend you hire an outside caterer for food and beverage. Holding your wedding at a villa keeps your

costs down tremendously. If you have rented the whole villa for the week, there will be no charge for having your wedding here. Your family/or friends will be able to stay here also and won’t have the cost of a hotel. There will be a charge for extras over and above what is included with your villa rate. If you just want to use the villa and the grounds for a day, we will negotiate the price. We look forward to helping you with the wedding of your dreams!

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED :

The minister or marriage officer will need the following to make application for your marriage license :
  • Copy of Birth Certificate


  • Certified divorce papers or certified death certificate if applicable


  • Notarized parental consent if under 21 years of age


  • Both applicant’s full names and occupations, status (single/divorced/widowed), date and time of wedding, fathers’ and mothers’ full names, name of villa where ceremony will take place, and proposed length of stay in Jamaica


  • Applicants must be on the island 24 hours prior to wedding


  • Apply for license at least 6 weeks before wedding date


Note :

There is a charge for the minister to take care of the documents and licensing. You will be able to speak to him to negotiate the cost.
